What is this?
This is our loyalty program, which has been made especially for you. We wanted to show
you our appreciation! With our loyalty programme, you’ll earn orgasms (points) for various
activities like purchases, referrals, following us on social media and so on. The more
orgasms you save up, the more discounts you’ll receive off your purchases.
Who can join?
We believe everyone deserves orgasms, so it’s open to everyone. As soon as you sign up
to our free online account, you’re automatically enrolled. It’s that easy!
How do I earn orgasms (points)?
Firstly you’ll earn orgasms by just signing up and by making a purchase! There’s also
opportunities to earn extra orgasms by referring friends, following us on social media
and more. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the Earn Points tab in the menu.
How do I view my balance?
Your orgasms magically appear on every page on the top bar.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply select the Redeem Points tab in the menu and you’ll be able see all the rewards
we offer. If you have enough orgasms you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of orgasms I can earn?
No! You earn as many orgasms as you like!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These orgasms can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending: These orgasms need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: These orgasms unfortunately won’t arrive and won’t be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the orgasms will change from pending to cancelled.)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Unfortunately your pending orgasms will be cancelled and removed from your account.
Why did my account balance go down?
The orgasms will go down if you or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn orgasms!
This can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and update your
orgasms balance.
Can I use my orgasms during checkout?
Not directly. Please redeem your orgasms for a voucher. This voucher can then be
applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
Don’t leave us! But on a serious note, if you no longer wish to receive orgasms drop us a line
and ask us to un-enrol you. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we will un-enrol us as requested.
This means you will also lose any orgasms you have earnt.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
We’ll be happy to welcome you back with open arms! We’ll re-enrol you but your orgasms will begin
at zero.
