You have bitten off more than you can chew.
Please note that only returned-to-sender items (undelivered), in their unopen shipping box, are eligible for full refund without condition. In case of return to sender package, eventual shipping costs would not be refunded as order would have been shipped according to customer's instructions.
Delivered items can be eligible for return under certain conditions. it depends on the nature of the product. Here below is the return policy of each kind of product :
Harnesses
We accept harnesses return, products must be new, unworn and in their net original outer packaging. Harnesses can be tried above your own underwear. If it doesn't fit, please order online another size, and contact us within 14 days after delivery to get your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) so you can send us at your cost the unfitting one for exchange or refund. Item(s) must be returned with a traceable shipping service (= with a tracking number). Our quality department will check the product returned to approve the return or not.
Toys, Dildos, Vibrators and All Non-Apparel Items
Toys or non-apparel items are neither exchangeable nor returnable and, if mailed in, will be disposed of to comply with Health Code Regulations. This applies to dildos, STPs, anal plugs, vibrators, pasties, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage bags, slings, soft packers, stabilizers, and accessories. We do propose a 50% off Exchange Code to purchase the same item in another size/color.

BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS
If your order was received incomplete, the wrong item was received, and/or an item was broken or damaged during shipment, contact us at Support@wetforher.zendesk.com within 24 hours of receipt. When submitting an inquiry, be sure to provide the order number, your name, and the details of the damage, including photos of the damage and/or video of the product not working.
Returned items that do not answer to our return policy described above, won’t be accepted for refund. Any damaged item or with packaging damaged won’t be refunded. Gift item that will not be returned with

We propose at check out secure delivery options (delivery against signature option, shipping protection). "Delivered"* orders that were validated at check out without a secure delivery option won't be eligible for refund. Only voucher or reshipping will be proposed to customer against additional costs depending on situations. (*Orders considered as "delivered" are all orders declared delivered by shipping carrier. Carrier can declare a package delivered when delivered to a neighbor or available at pick up point, Wet For Her cannot be held responsible for the delivery policy applied by the carriers.To avoid such issues, we recommend that customers select a signature option at checkout).
